If you are a private individual (i.e., not acting in the course of a business or self-employed professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

You may withdraw by sending us a written declaration (e.g., by letter, fax, or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The legal basis is §§ 312b, 312d in conjunction with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The 14-day withdrawal period starts:

• when you ordered multiple items delivered separately: on the day you (or a third party named by you who is not the carrier) receive the last item;
• for deliveries in partial shipments: on the day you (or your representative) receive the final part;
• in case of recurring delivery of similar goods: on the day you (or your representative) receive the first delivery.

You must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g., by post, fax or e-mail). You may use our model withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient that you send your message before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, as long as they correspond to the cheapest standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, we will only refund the amount for standard delivery.

The refund will be made without delay and no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision. The repayment will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• we have received the returned goods, or
• you have provided proof that you have sent them back — whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct costs of return shipping if:

• the goods must be returned by freight forwarding (regardless of the destination),
• the return is from another EU country or a non-EU country.

These costs vary depending on product, destination, and method, but are capped at €600 per package or pallet.

We will only cover return costs if the item:

• is parcel-suitable (up to 31 kg), and
• is returned from within Germany.

Reduction in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to examine the goods’ nature, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

You do not have a right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
• perishable goods or items with a short shelf life,
• alcoholic beverages with a fixed price agreed upon at purchase, delivery after 30 days, and market-dependent value,
• newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if:

• the goods are sealed (e.g., hygiene items) and the seal was broken after delivery,
• the goods were inseparably mixed with others after delivery,
• the goods are sealed software, CDs or DVDs, and the seal was removed.
