Parcel Shipping within Germany

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge. 

An additional fee of € 8 per parcel applies when choosing csh on delivery as the payment method. 
 

Parcel Shipping Abroad

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated individually during the checkout process. They depend on the destination country as well as the weight and scope of the order. Exact shipping costs will be displayed in the cart before the order is completed.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional fees may apply for the preparation of export documents. These documents are required for orders with a value of € 1.000 or more. The standard fee is € 60 plus € 5 for each additional item (net prices). The exact amount can be provided upon request in advance.

The customer is also responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, and taxes in the destination country.

Payment Methods
 

PayPal

In our online shop, PayPal is available as a secure and convenient payment method. Once you select PayPal during the checkout process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There, you can log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment. Afterward, you will be returned to our shop to complete your order.

PayPal also offers the option to delay payment by 30 days, depending on availability in your account. You can select this feature directly on the PayPal website. 
 

Alternatively, PayPal may offer installment payments. Please check your PayPal account to see if this option is available to you. If so, simply choose “Pay in installments” during checkout and select the number of monthly payments.

All payment data is transmitted securely using modern SSL encryption technology to ensure maximum security.

Bank Transfer

With this payment method, you complete your order in the shop and then transfer the due amount from your bank account.

The goods will be shipped once the payment has been received in our account. Please note that bank transfers may take 1–3 business days, and international transfers may take longer depending on the bank and country of origin.

Cash Payment

Cash payments are possible when collecting the goods yourself. According to current legal regulations, the maximum amount for cash transactions is €9,999.99. For higher amounts, we are legally required to verify the buyer’s identity and document the transaction accordingly.

Cash on Delivery (Payment upon Delivery)

When choosing the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, you pay the invoice amount directly to the DHL delivery person upon receipt of the goods.

Payment can be made in cash or, if available, by debit card (EC card).
Please have the exact amount ready.
Additional fees for Cash on Delivery apply and will be displayed during the order process. This payment method is only available for deliveries within Germany.
